This representation considering privacy protection in www.spabaltica.pl [WEB SITES] has been prepared by PAZIM sp. z o.o. and constitutes the proof of the company’s awareness of the issue of privacy protection on web sites. The following paragraphs include the regulations considering collection of client information, which are applied in relation to the above-mentioned web sites.

§ 1. WEB SITES limit the usage of client information to the minimum necessary to provide our clients with the best quality services, which includes among others informing our clients about the products and services in our offer.

§ 12. Minors shall not send any information, make orders or subscribe services provided by us without prior consent of their parents or legal counselors.

§ 13. WEB SITES are equipped with security measures protecting the data against loss, misuse and modifications. We hereby make ourselves obliged to protect any information revealed to us by our clients in accordance with standards of security protection and privacy. The rights to access users’ personal data are limited in order to prevent them from unauthorized parties’ access.

§ 14. The access to personal and address data is limited to a specific number of PAZIM sp. z o.o. authorized employees under conditions complying with regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 3 June 1998 (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] nr 80, regulation 521).

§ 15. WEB SITES provide users with a possibility to refuse receiving any information from us and our partners when we ask to provide a visitor’s personal data. Our web site gives users several options enabling deleting personal information from our database, stopping information sent via electronic mail or resignation from our services.
