GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF BALTICA WELLNESS & SPA AND ITS SERVICES

1. Opening hours of the Facility BALTICA Wellness & Spa Centre: 9.00 am – 10.00 pm

2. Purchase of an entrance ticket to the Wellness Zone and/or purchase of other services from the offer of  BALTICA Wellness & Spa implies Guest's statement that there are no health counterindications for using services offered by the Centre and that he or she has become familiar and accepts the terms of these Regulations.

3. The entity running BALTICA Wellness & Spa bears no responsibility for objects left in the cloakrooms, dressing rooms and lockers for clothes.

4. There is a possibility of storing valuable things (wallets, documents, jewellery) in the BALTICA Wellness & Spa deposit. The deposit can be found at the reception desk on the ground floor of the Facility.

5. A fee in the amount of 30 PLN shall be collected for lost or damaged keys to the lockers or cloakrooms.

6. Persons staying within the Facility BALTICA Wellness & Spa are obliged to read these General Regulations and Regulations of Particular Rooms (Cryochamber, all rooms in the Wellness Zone, solarium etc.)

7. The following persons will not be let into the area of the Facility:

• under the influence of alcohol and drugs as well as other intoxicants,
• persons behaving in an aggressive way, improper to the place.

8. The stay within the Facility serves the purpose of rest, therefore each Guest is obliged to behave in a cultural way, not disturbing peace of other users.

9. The following behaviours are prohibited within the Facility:

• smoking and taking intoxicants,
• bringing in and consumption of drinks and food,
• bringing in glass objects,
• bringing in dogs and other animals

10. There is a possibility of borrowing a dressing gown (details at the reception desk on the second floor).

11. While staying in the Wellness Zone one should wear a swimsuit and change shoes.

12. The offer of Biological Regeneration can be used only by adults.

13. The use of the Wellness Zone in BALTICA Wellness & Spa is available only for people over 16 years old.

14. People with visible signs of skin diseases and with infectious diseases are not allowed to stay in the Wellness Zone.

15. Sportswear and clean training shoes should be worn in the Kinesotherapy Room.

16. In order to ensure due order and safety within the Facility, the entity running BALTICA Wellness & Spa reserves the right to refuse the services provided within the Facility and/or access to the Facility for reasons other than listed in items 7 and 14. 

17. Payment for services provided within the Facility BALTICA Wellness & Spa can be made in cash, by credit card or bank transfer to the indicated bank account. In case of a bank transfer, it should be made 7 days before the agreed operation.

18. Employees of BALTICA Wellness & Spa reserve the right to stop a procedure if they encounter an improper behaviour of a Guest (sexual suggestions, aggression etc.)

19. Any possible complaints and requests should be filed to the Manager of a given floor of the Facility BALTICA Wellness & Spa. The Book of Complaints and Requests can be found at the reception desk on the ground floor of the Facility.

20. All persons staying within the Facility BALTICA Wellness & Spa are obliged to comply with the present Regulations and with the orders of BALTICA Wellness & Spa employees.
