The Wellness Zone was created with our Guests’ ultimate relaxation in mind. Let the worries of the daily grind melt away in its relaxing surroundings and soothing atmosphere.
It’s the perfect place to enjoy the company of your best friend, where you can have a chat and catch your breath for a moment. It’s also the ideal place to have a meeting. |
A two-hour visit to the Wellness Zone entitles you to use all of the below facilities. At over 400m2, just look at the possibilities for unwinding:
- Steam bath
A steam bath is similar to a sauna, but has an entirely different atmosphere, with a lot less heat and a lot more humidity. This lower temperature of 43 ºC – 46 ºC and 100 % relative humidity provide the perfect conditions for taking a break from hectic everyday life.

A lot more than just a room filled with steam, the aroma bath is total relaxation for the body and senses. Take a seat, feel the warmth from the heated floor and float away amongst the exotic scents in the steam. |
- Osman steam bath
Take an unforgettable trip to the orient in this richly-decorated room, where a luxurious bath awaits your body and soul.
- Caldarium
As the word suggests, you’ll find some pleasantly warm temperatures here, with the added benefits of skin renewal and improvements to the respiratory system.

Based on the ancient Roman model, the tepidarium is a relaxation room where you can unwind on heated loungers following a session in the sauna, baths or jacuzzis. |
- Snow chamber
A special room filled with fluffy snow and chilled to -15 ºC. Go in after a session in the sauna or baths to experience a whole range of health benefits including:

- Dry sauna
It’s been proved that regular sessions in the sauna help improve and maintain physical conditioning. The high temperatures over a short space of time help liquidate tension in the body, and sweating is an effective detox. Remember to cool yourself down afterwards with a cold shower or a quick visit to the snow chamber.

- Sensation Showers
- Sensation Showers
A collection of different showers, all inlaid with glass mosaic tiles. Each shower has its own individualized programme. Caribbean storm, which uses light therapy and sound effects, and Arctic Fresh with aromatherapy, give you an extra range of sensations as you’re taking a shower.
- Jacuzzi
Come into our open area with its spacious jacuzzis, where you can relax to the sound of bubbling water as your skin is given a gentle hydromassage.

- Rassoul (water and mud bath)** Take a mud bath at a temperature of 38 °C -50 °C. This combines two bathing stages and layering mud on the body by hand or with a special glove. In the relaxation phase, the pleasant warmth of the room activates the ingredients, allowing rapid cleansing of the skin and speeding up the removal of toxins. |
- Foam massage**
A foam massage nourishes, cleanses and exfoliates, unblocking pores and bringing a great feeling of relaxation. Before the massage, a session in the sauna is recommended. The massage is performed on a heated stone table, where a generous amount of foam is applied to cleanse the skin, remove toxins and waste metabolic product.

We would like to inform you that if you extend your stay at the Wellness Zone by more than 15 minutes beyond the allotted time, this will be subject to an additional charge of 5 zł for each 10 minutes thereafter. Thank you.
